Louis Tomlinson photobombed by Celtic icon as Parkhead fans pick out 'real superstar' in airport pic

He was in one of the biggest boy bands in history but former One Directon star Louis Tomlinson was left in the shade after Celtic supporters spotted a familiar face at Melbourne Airport.

Tomlinson is Down Under for his latest tour but eagle-eyed Hoops followers picked out former Parkhead star Tom Rogic looming in the background of a snap taken with fans of the singer. Rogic is back in his homeland as he searches for his next club after calling time on nine trophy-laden years starring for the Premiership champions. Tomlinson knows all about the pull of Celtic – after he starred in a charity match to raise money for Stiliyan Petrov's charity match back in 2014.

And followers of Ange Postecoglou 's side were quick to comment after Rogic took centre stage as he made his way through the airport amid the fanfare in front of him. It comes after the Celtic boss urged to leave the playmaker be after Soccceroos boss Graham Arnold claimed he was unable to reach the Australia international amid their preparation ahead of the World Cup.

Kyogosleftfoot wrote: "That’s Tom Rogic music!"

While another added: "This is the real superstar."

Ryan Smith said: "Ole Tom on the move. Hail Hail the magician from Oz!"

Rogic is on the lookout for his next club after leaving Glasgow in the summer. The 29-year-old enjoyed a big season under Postecoglou with his eye-catching displays key en route to Premier Sports Cup and title glory.

And Rogic received an incredible send-off from supporters after his final game in green and white against Motherwell on the last day of the season.
