Lorraine Kelly has revealed her weight loss secret after dropping two dress sizes. The ITV presenter has been working hard with WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, to reach her goal.
The 62-year-old shared that during lockdown she went from a size 10 to a 14 which impacted her confidence and caused her to miss events, Wales Online reports. The presenter has been doing a terrific job ever since, however, and now says she feels she is "healthier and happier" in her recent post.
She has said that her weight loss isn't a result of cutting things out completely, and instead has come as she becomes more aware and mindful of what she eats. Lorraine told the Mirror she needed "a bit of help" in February, so signed up to WW.

Her efforts really have paid off and her smile says it all. Well done Lorraine."
Speaking to OK! Magazine about her journey, Lorraine explained: "It’s not about cutting things out completely, but with the Weight Watcher points you get each day, it just makes you more aware of what you’re eating."
