Loose Women's Sunetra Sarker said there was "no winner" in the Wagatha Christie trial as a verdict was handed down today.
Mrs Justice Steyn confirmed Coleen Rooney had won the legal battle as she delivered her verdict earlier today, meaning Rebekah Vardy had lost the case, which has cost both extortionate amounts of money in lawyer fees.
Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy had faced off in court after Mrs Rooney claimed Mrs Vardy's Instagram account was behind the leaking of stories to the press in what was dubbed by fans as Wagatha Christie.
On the ITV lunchtime show, the four panellists - Kaye Adams, Linda Robson, Sunetra Sarker and Judi Love - discussed the verdict.
Speaking today, Sunetra said: "I think neither of them took heed of what the judge said. They had been advised to try and settle it outside court. They didn't. And both of their reputations were on the line.
"Unfortunately, Rebekah has lost, she has not redeemed her reputation, which also means Coleen can walk out with her head held high. But I feel like it's a one-upmanship. And there's no winner, there's no true winner."
As Judi added: "It's sad that it's had to come this far, so much money will be spent."
There was finally a conclusion to the close to three-year saga between Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy today, as Mrs Rooney claimed her fellow WAG had been leaking stories to the press which she had shared on her private Instagram. The court case took place as Mrs Vardy had sued Mrs Rooney for defamation over her claims.
The verdict in the case was finally handed down this lunchtime by Mrs Justice Steyn, with Mrs Rooney coming out victorious.
It had been a gripping legal battle throughout, with the high-profile court case - issued by Vardy - drawing to a close in May.
Coleen published an explosive statement on her social media, accusing 40-year-old Rebekah of leaking stories from Coleen's private Instagram account to the press. Rebekah has always vehemently denied the claims, which were made while she was expecting her youngest daughter, and later decided to take Coleen to court over them.
Mrs Rooney said she spent five months attempting to work out who was leaking the information about her and her family from the Instagram account, and after sharing a series of 'false' stories and using a process of elimination, she claims they were only being viewed by one Instagram account - which belonged to Mrs Vardy.
Mrs Vardy - the wife of footballer Jamie Vardy - has always denied the allegations and said various people had access to her Instagram over the years. She also claimed she was "so upset" by Mrs Rooney's accusations.
"I thought she was my friend but she completely annihilated me," she added of the comments.
