Loose Women's Brenda Edwards broke down remembering son Jamal during an appearance on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Thursday, January 19. The 53-year-old, who found fame during the second series of The X Factor in 2005, came on the show to discuss a new song that Ed Sheeran has written to honour Jamal.
After being shown footage from the new song, Brenda started crying and told hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway: "Ed [Sheeran] sent me the final edit two days ago and I've kind of been in and out of crying ever since."
She added: "They're positive tears. It's just because it means so much," before Kate replied: "It must be lovely to know that the love is there from so many."
