London’s public transport network has outperformed New York’s in terms of its recovery from the pandemic, according to a new analysis of global cities.
Recent passenger numbers in London, Paris and Vancouver are about six to nine per cent lower than pre-Covid levels – but 30 per cent lower for New York’s MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority).
