London property prices bounce back as Covid recovery continues

The London property market is rapidly picking up pace after two years in the doldrums in the latest sign of the capital’s robust bounce back from the pandemic.

Prices in the capital rose at an annual rate of 4.5 per cent last month, double the rate of December, according to latest data from lender Halifax.
