Former Liverpool striker Stan Collymore believes the signing of Darwin Nunez is 'more of a risk' than Manchester City signing Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.
Both clubs unveiled their marquee signings this week as the two sides prepare to go head to head for the Premier League title once again. Nunez joined Liverpool for an initial fee of £64.1million, potentially rising to £85.4m.
Meanwhile, Haaland joined City for £51m, but they'll also pay closer to £85m when agent fees and signing bonuses are taken into account. Collymore believes the Reds signing Nunez is a statement, but it comes with more risk.
