Liverpool new away kit 2023/24 unveiled as famous kit offered fresh look

Liverpool and Nike have revealed the new away kit for the upcoming 2023/24 season.

The strip brings back a classic that debuted in the 1995/96 season that saw Robbie Fowler enjoy his best goal return for the Reds netting 28 times. Iconic Welsh forward Ian Rush was captain of the side with Roy Evans in charge as the strip featured two green patches in each side.

In a 2023 remake, the crew-neck jersey has a modern take on the kit with a digital effect treatment layering green tones, described as green spark, poison green and pine green. The trim, liverbird and logos are black with white socks accompanied with black and green trim.
