Allen explained that the dog's actions prevented her children from visiting their father in England for several months. She expressed frustration over the situation, stating that the dog's behavior had a negative impact on her family's life. Despite her efforts to address the issue, including not being able to use her husband's surname on the replacement documents, Allen ultimately decided to return the dog.
