England started their World Cup campaign with a 6-2 win over Iran, while Leeds United duo Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson took on Wales in the evening kick-off.

Leeds will return to Premier League action on Boxing Day as they face Manchester City and have a warm-up game against La Liga outfit Real Sociedad penned in for next month.
