Leeds United (4-3-3)
13 Kristoffer Klaesson
Not a whole lot he could do about the goals, but you'd like to have seen him maybe stop one of them based on the law of averages. Makes some routine saves look an effort at times. Joel Robles should have the gloves for Manchester City. 5
25 Rasmus Kristensen
Some promising crosses and shots in the first half, but one of those whose presence faded after the break. Cannot have been happy with the attack down his flank which resulted in Gelson Martins's goal. 6
2 Luke Ayling (c)
Beaten in the air before Ismail Jakobs's goal. One of those sucked out of position for the Martins goal. Assertive, but fragile on the ball at points in his own box. 5

5 Robin Koch
A very solid return on his comeback to the side. Took his goal nicely as any centre-back should in the air. Didn't put a foot wrong in his 45 minutes. 7
21 Pascal Struijk
Exposed a few times by Monaco wingers attacking his flank. Nothing too disastrous, but couldn't command the defence through the second-half wobble. 5
42 Sam Greenwood
Some very encouraging runs from deep in the new 4-3-3 formation, but drifted out of the match and barely seen after the break. 5
4 Adam Forshaw
Marginally better than the last two friendlies, but still not quite the control he would want in the middle of a protected three. 5
8 Marc Roca
Got about well, put in strong tackles, hassled opponents and some lovely dead-ball deliveries. 6
30 Joe Gelhardt
Some promising flashes throughout the match, but nothing which developed into a sustained flow of threat. 5
7 Brenden Aaronson
Arguably the brightest spark in attack before the final stages. Very busy and a decent threat with the ball at his feet on the move. 6
29 Wilfried Gnonto
Some more electric dribbling, just not in the same quantity as last week. Came alive in the final 15 minutes as others tired. 7
Substitutes
22 Joel Robles
40 Dani van den Heuvel
3 Junior Firpo (on for Kristensen 67min)
Fine on his return. Some decently-timed challenges. 6
14 Diego Llorente (on for Koch h/t)
Not directly at fault for the early second-half collapse, but there was one horror pass back to Klaesson which Ayling had to mop up. 5
18 Darko Gyabi (on for Aaronson 80min)
Late change to rest Aaronson's legs. N/A
33 Leo Hjelde (on for Struijk 79min)
Late switch to save Struijk's legs. N/A
37 Cody Drameh
49 Mateo Joseph (on for Forshaw 61min)
Busy and bright. Some heavy first touches let him down. 6
