Leeds United news as Fulham make loan offer for Whites star Brenden Aaronson

Here are your Leeds United morning headlines on Monday, June 26.

Fulham make loan approach for Whites star

Fulham have made an approach to sign Leeds United midfielder Brenden Aaronson. That is according to Mail Online, who say the Cottagers are keen to sign the USMNT international on loan this summer.

The report claims Fulham boss Marco Silva wants Aaronson to play in the number 10 role and is eyeing the 22-year-old in a bargain deal.

Aaronson endured a mixed first season at Elland Road after joining from RB Salzburg last summer but the report claims he has a relegation clause that will allow him to leave the club on loan, but Fulham haven't yet met the conditions needed to trigger a loan deal.

What Leeds United could expect if they land 'magician' Manchester United star Amad

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is expected to take Amad on the club's pre-season trip to the USA to see him first-hand and decide whether he is ready to play a part in the Red Devils' Premier League campaign. But if he decides that Amad still needs more experience, it could mean another loan move is in store for a player who joined Manchester United in January 2021 from Italian side Atalanta in a deal worth up to £35m.

So what could Leeds expect from Amad if he arrives at Elland Road? ChronicleLive's Sunderland AFC writer James Hunter gives us the lowdown.
