Leeds United are reportedly in the hunt to sign £10m-rated midfielder Alex Scott from Championship side Bristol City.
Eighteen-year-old Scott has made 37 appearances for Bristol City this season, during which he has scored four goals and picked up two assists. After an impressive season, several Premier League teams, including Leeds United, have been scouting the Guernsey-born teenager.
That is according to a report from the Mirror, who said Leeds and Spurs both watched Scott during Bristol’s win at Stoke City on Good Friday. Everton and Leicester have also previously been linked with the player who is nicknamed the Guernsey Grealish, with Chelsea also said to be interested.

Scott was in the team for Bristol City’s 3-1 win away to relegated Derby County yesterday, but was substituted after 23 minutes following a collision with Derby's Louie Watson. After the match, City boss Nigel Pearson confirmed that Scott had broken his nose but the manager was not overly concerned, telling the Bristol Post : “It's a bit sore, but he'll be fine.”
The Mirror has quoted a price of £10m for the youngster who been playing wing-back recently. It is suggested however that Scott’s best position is in an attacking midfield role, where he can make use of his creativity.
According to the Mirror's report, Scott is under contract with Bristol City until 2025, having joined from Guernsey FC when he was 17 and signed a professional contract in March 2020. He has also been capped for England under-19s and under-18s.
