Le Manoir: Famous restaurant appoints three-star French chef Arnaud Donckele as Raymond Blanc steps back

One of the country’s most famous restaurants, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, is to welcome the French chef Arnaud Donckele as its new culinary director.

Donckele, 48, might be the most successful French chef cooking today without real fame here. Only diehard restaurant fans are likely to have heard of him and his new role will mark his UK debut.
