Florida 3-year-old's soccer skills spark league row; police called

A three-year-old boy named Nevada Pierre has gone viral after a dispute at a youth soccer game in Winter Park, Florida, led a league official to call the police. Videos shared by his family show the toddler dribbling past older opponents and scoring goals, prompting his parents to allege that he was being excluded because he was too good at the game. The league official, however, told officers that Nevada had allegedly pushed other players and that his parents had argued with him over playing-time decisions. Police responded to Martin Luther King Jr. Park on October 24, 2026, and spoke to both sides. The incident attracted widespread attention after body-camera footage and videos of the match circulated online.
