Lake District restaurant awarded three Michelin stars as other North West winners revealed

Lake District Michelin North West Simon Rogan

A restaurant located on the edge of the Lake District has been awarded three Michelin stars.

L’Enclume, which is based in Cartmel, has been honoured in the latest Michelin Guide.

The eatery is run by head chef Simon Rogan and is the only restaurant to be upgraded to three stars this year.
