
A Labour MP has launched a campaign to make 2026 the UK’s “summer of sex”, calling for a major shift in how sex education is taught and discussed across all stages of life.
Samantha Niblett, who represents Derbyshire South, is advocating for more open, inclusive and lifelong approaches to sex education — arguing that current systems fail to address real-life experiences, relationships and health.
