Barry Ferguson admits he would move for Kieran Tierney in a 'heartbeat' as he branded his reported Arsenal price tag as an 'absolute snip'.
The Celtic diehard has struggled for consistent minutes under Mikel Arteta this season at the Emirates due to the stunning form of summer recruit Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City. He's been one of the top performers in a Gunners side that is flying high at the top of the English Premier League. They are currently eight points clear of Pep Guardiola's men at the summit - having played a game more.
Tierney - who has been linked with Newcastle United - is currently with the Scotland national team ahead of the upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers with Cyprus and Spain. He's been a key member of Steve Clarke's squad and will hope to get plenty minutes under his belt during the international break after been limited to sub appearances of late at club level.

He did leave former Rangers man Arteta with something to think about in the final game before the break after climbing off the bench to provide an assist in the big win over Crystal Palace. His lack of game time will be a frustration for the former Hoops star with attention on his future no doubt taking focus in the coming weeks.
And Ibrox legend Ferguson reckons the full-back could easily land another top six side in the English Premier League with his price tag labelled a bargain.
Speaking on Go Radio, Ferguson said: "He'll be frustrated and he'll be desperate to go and get minutes, which he's not getting at Arsenal. I think he's that type of character.
"I don't know him personally but judging him by watching him and listening to him, come the summer I don't think he'll be at Arsenal.
"And if I'm a top six English Premier League team, I'd be in for him in a heartbeat.
"If he becomes available, and for the price they're talking about as well, at £30million - if you look at some of the full-backs that have moved in England for double that, I think it's an absolute snip."
