Kelsey Parker goes public with boyfriend after saying late husband Tom 'would send the right man for her'

Kelsey Parker has revealed her new romance, weeks after expressing confidence that her late husband Tom Parker would "send the right man for her."

The mother-of-two, 33, posted a photo on Instagram on Sunday, showing her with her new boyfriend, captioning it simply with a heart emoji.

Following Tom’s death in 2022 from brain cancer, Kelsey went on to date electrician Sean Boggans in November of that year, though they have since parted ways.

In a June interview with OK! Magazine, Kelsey said that The Wanted star would “send the right man for her”.

"When it's meant to be, it’ll be, and that person will be sent by Tom. I reckon he's picking them for me," she said at the time.

Speaking about her ex, Sean, she added: “Sean was what I needed at the time, and he was wonderful. I’ll never say a bad word about him.

“But right now, I need to focus on work and providing for my children.”

In her recent Instagram post, Kelsey appeared happy as she embraced her new partner in an outdoor setting. Although she didn’t reveal details about him, she received several supportive messages from celebrity friends and followers.

One social media user commented: “Delighted for you. If anyone deserves it then it’s you Kelsey.”

“Must be the hardest thing after all you’ve been through posting this and inviting people in! You deserve all the happiness in the world,” another penned.

A third wrote: You're glowing girl & look sooo happy. It’s so nice to see @being_kelsey Tom is always with you. You deserve to happy.”

“You deserve allll the love @being_kelsey,” another echoed with the same sentiment.

Kelsey’s husband Tom tragically passed away in March 2022 at the age of 33 after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, glioblastoma multiforme. He left behind their two young children, Aurelia and Bodhi.

On the anniversary of his death earlier this year, Kelsey paid tribute to the singer on Instagram: “Can’t believe it’s been two years. Feels like only yesterday that you left us, but I feel like I’ve been on my own for a long time now and so much has changed since you were here.

“I know you’d be so proud of everything we’ve achieved. The house looking as we wanted it, Rae in school and thriving, Bodhi won’t take his football kits off, K2K going from strength to strength and the online community I’m growing,” she shared.

“I know you’d be so proud of me, I’m so proud of me, but I wish more than anything you were here to tell me yourself. For you to wrap your arms around me and share in the excitement of every milestone reached.

“They say the second year is the hardest and everyone keeps telling me if I can survive that I can survive anything. But I’m somehow feeling a weaker than I have before. Rae and Bodhi asking more questions and I just need you here to help me answer them.

“Two whole years and it’s getting harder not easier. I miss you more than ever. Celebrating you and all we had today and forever. Remember I love you one more than you can ever say My Tommy Boy Forever xxx”.
