Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure is celebrating its 35th anniversary, marking the enduring friendship between co-stars Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter. The duo bonded during the filming of the 1989 sci-fi comedy, where they portrayed time-traveling friends visiting historical figures for a school presentation.
Fast forward 35 years, at ages 59 and 58 respectively, Reeves and Winter remain close friends. They revisited their iconic roles as Ted and Bill in 1991 and 2020 for the second and third installments of the cult classic series. In the latest film, 'Bill & Ted Face the Music', the characters are depicted as middle-aged dads navigating career and marital challenges, adding a new dimension to their iconic roles.
