Carl Woods has splurged £175,000 on a plot of land following his split from Katie Price, it has been reported.
The car dealer, 32, is said to have moved into a plush new Essex home, which was built on the land and has a huge gated driveway.
It comes after Carl put the £475,000 three-bedroom home he lived in with Katie on the market back in October.
A spokesperson for Carl declined to comment when approached by the Mirror.
Carl announced that he had split from Katie last month after accusing her of cheating in a bombshell video.
In the clip, he claimed 44-year-old Katie had cheated on him as he told his 235,000 followers: "So, there's no easy way for me to say this and to be honest with you, it's quite embarrassing.
"But me and Kate, are not together anymore. I found out yesterday that Katie cheated on me. She's admitted that she cheated on me. She slept with somebody else.
"So yeah, that's the end of that. I guess I'm just gonna focus on rebuilding myself and get my life back on track. And concentrating on me but that's done."
Katie's representatives declined to comment at the time the video was released.
A source later told the Mirror that Carl was "heartbroken" over Katie's cheating and that his friends were worried about him.
"Carl is really heartbroken from Katie cheating. Carl put his all into his relationship with Katie and she ruined it," they said.
The insider added how Carl had helped Katie through some difficult times in their two year-long romance.
During their time together Katie was arrested and plead guilty to drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance following a crash near her home in Sussex last year.
Later, Katie bravely shared her struggle with PTSD in her documentary Katie Price : Trauma and Me.
"He really loved her and wanted the best for her," they said. "Carl helped her through some of her biggest struggles and darkest moments. No one saw what Carl had to deal with behind closed doors".
While pals claimed: "He was left heartbroken and depressed. We were so worried for him.
"Heartbreak is the worst feeling and Carl didn’t take it well at all. Carl knew that Katie was capable of something like this but he didn’t expect it to actually happen."
