Kanye West 's new companion Chaney Jones has admitted that she previously got a Brazilian butt lift, but she has denied having ever had cosmetic surgery on her face.
The rapper, 44, has been linked to the business executive, 24, for a few weeks, with her having attracted attention from fans - particularly over her physical appearance.
This included being compared to his ex Kim Kardashian, 41 - who was declared 'legally single' this month amid divorce proceedings with West, with whom she shares four kids.
Amid speculation, Jones opened up on social media recently, with her having revealed to fans on Instagram the extent of the cosmetic work she has had done.
She confirmed just a few days ago that she previously had a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) but denied having had any surgery on her face, as reported by PageSix and other outlets.
Alongside a photo of her derrière in a bathing suit, she wrote: "I think I was 20 here. This was before my BBL. Same face, same nose lol. I've never been in denial about surgery."
Jones - who is said to be the COO of a counselling company -continued in the caption: "To answer everyone’s questions yes I had a BBL but I've always been thick before surgery."

It's understood that she later followed up with more information in a subsequent post, in which she added: "No, I have never had surgery on my face. I was born like this."
West has been linked to Jones for a couple of weeks, with him having been dating actor Julia Fox, 32, earlier this year. Their relationship is said to have ended last month.
He was previously in a relationship with Kardashian - with whom he has four children. They are parents to eldest North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two.
The former couple got married in 2014. They have been in the process of divorcing in recent months, with her having been declared 'legally single' earlier this month.
