Kanye West 's fourth divorce lawyer has reportedly withdrawn from his his ongoing divorce from Kim Kardashian.
The rapper, who legally goes by the name Ye, has been going through divorce proceedings since February last year when Kim, 41, filed papers in a bid to end their marriage.
Earlier this year, 45-year-old Kanye parted ways with lawyer Chris Melcher and now his latest attorney, Samantha Spector, was relieved as his counsel on Friday, according to TMZ.
Samantha filed paperwork to withdraw from the case back in May, citing an irreconcilable breakdown with the musician.
Kanye and his estranged wife had a trial-setting conference on Friday, and Spector was set to officially withdraw next week, but the judge instead approved it on Friday.
According to TMZ, the judge informed the court that Kanye needed to submit his financial declarations to settle lingering issues, or the case would head to trial in December.
The Mirror has contacted Kanye's representatives for comment.
An attorney from Pennsylvania – who is not a divorce lawyer – is reportedly set to represent the Grammy-winning artist in Samantha's absence.
Samantha is Kanye's fourth attorney to withdraw from the ongoing saga, according to Page Six.
Prior to Spector, Kanye relived Chris Melcher of his duties back in March.
At the time, Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser said that West had been 'strategically' switching lawyers in an effort to slow down the legal process in the split.
Insiders told TMZ that West had been indecisive in his dealings with Melcher, at some times looking to settle and others looking to battle Kim in court.
Kim and Kanye share four children together — daughters North, nine, Chicago, four, and sons Saint, six, and Psalm, three.
The ex-couple are said to be getting on recently for the sake of the kids.
"Kim and Kanye have been co-parenting very well as of late," a source told Us Weekly.
"They are very civil with each other right now, there are no issues. They are both treating each other with mutual respect."
