Chelsea welcome Tottenham and Antonio Conte back to Stamford Bridge as they look to earn three points from their final Premier League game for around a month.
Thomas Tuchel's side have already faced off with Spurs twice in January and came away comfortable victors in each of the two legs of the Carabao Cup semi-final.
Both teams made alterations for the clashes as they looked to manage their squad throughout a tumultuous period with plenty of injuries, but with the international break to follow this weekend's match, Conte and Tuchel are sure to put out their strongest lineups.
