John Travolta’s youngest child allegedly is Riley Keough’s biological son, Lawsuit Claims

Every so often, a lawsuit surfaces with allegations so unexpected that it stops people mid-scroll. This week’s comes from a legal battle tied to the Presley family and includes a startling claim involving Riley Keough and John Travolta’s youngest son.

According to TMZ, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, is suing Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract. Buried inside that filing is an explosive allegation: Kruse claims that John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, “used Riley Keough’s eggs to give birth to their son, Ben.”

Until now, there had never been any public doubt that Preston was the biological mother of all three of her children with Travolta. The couple shared daughter Ella Bleu, now 25, and sons Jett, who died in 2009, and Ben, who is 15.

Kruse alleges that the story was relayed to her by Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband. According to the complaint, Lockwood claimed Kelly had difficulty having children and that the couple initially considered using Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs. Kruse claims they ultimately decided against it because they did not want “eggs with heroin” on them.

Instead, she alleges, a deal was arranged in which Riley Keough provided her eggs, Kelly Preston carried the pregnancy, and Riley was paid between $10,000 and $20,000 along with an old Jaguar. The lawsuit further claims Lockwood later fell into severe financial distress, at one point allegedly eating dog food, and attempted to leverage the secret about the Travoltas for money.

The filing reportedly includes handwritten notes referencing “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” as well as text messages referring to Ben as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson.”

Priscilla Presley’s legal team forcefully rejected the claims. Her attorneys told National Enquirer, “After losing motion after motion… Kruse and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

They added, “In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.”

Kruse’s lawyers responded by saying the complaint is about “revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family.”

The allegation is the latest twist in a long-running feud. Priscilla sued Kruse last year for fraud and elder abuse, claims Kruse denies. Since then, both sides have traded increasingly serious accusations, all of which Priscilla’s attorney has flatly denied.
