Renowned musician John Legend is set to grace the stage on Wednesday night before Gov. Tim Walz delivers his address at the Democratic National Convention, as per a reliable source.
Efforts to confirm this information with Legend's representatives are currently underway. However, the DNC spokesperson has not yet responded to requests for comments.
Legend has been actively involved in the political sphere, particularly as a staunch supporter of the Democratic Party. He has consistently backed President Joe Biden and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris. In a recent interview, Legend shared that his daughter Luna, who is of Black and Asian descent, finds inspiration in Harris.
Having already been present at the DNC in Chicago this week, Legend headlined a show for Illinois Governor JB Pritzker. Notably, he also performed at the 2008 convention for former President Barack Obama and at the 2020 DNC in support of Biden.
