Jets worked out four offensive tackles Tuesday

In an effort to continually try to improve their depth at offensive tackle, the Jets worked out four veteran players Tuesday, per Field Yates of ESPN.

Those players included Dennis Kelly, Cameron Erving, DJ Fluker and Rashaad Coward.

Kelly has played 11 seasons in the NFL including five with the Titans, three with the Eagles, one with the Packers and one with the Colts. He recently spent part of this summer back with the Eagles before being cut. He has played in 130 games with 54 starts. He saw action in 16 games with three starts last season in Indianapolis.

Erving has spent eight seasons in the league, spending time with the Browns (two seasons), Chiefs (three seasons), Cowboys (one season) and Panthers (two seasons). He has 56 career starts and appeared in 95 games. Erving appeared in 11 games last season in Carolina.

Fluker is an eight-year veteran but has appeared in an NFL game since the 2020 season. After four seasons with the Chargers, Fluker was a Giant for one year, a Seahawk for two and last was a Raven in 2020. He has 108 career games played with 96 starts.

Coward has played five seasons in the league. Three years in Chicago, one in Pittsburgh and one in Arizona. He has appeared in 38 games with 18 starts. Last season in Arizona, he played in four games with three starts.
