Jessica Simpson has sparked concern from fans after she appeared in an advert looking extremely slim.
The singer has been showing off furniture in a promo for homeware store Pottery Barn in a video posted to Instagram.
Her slim figure however drew more attention than the products she was showing off as worried fans took to the comments section to discuss her weight loss.
Jessica, 42, has previously admitted that she lost over 100lbs after her weight spiralled out of control but now her followers are concerned things have gone too far.
One seeing the post questioned: "Is she OK?". A second noted: "Respectfully ... she looks frail."
A stunned third fan commented: "Wow!! She lost so much weight. I hope she is OK. She's a beautiful lady."
Another social media user exclaimed: "OMG. She does not look well. Her eyes are so sunken. Something is not right."
A fifth concerned follower said: "Too thin! She looks unhealthy. Why does her speech seem slow/slurred?"
The fresh concern comes after Jessica recently posted an image in her swimwear with her trim frame on display.
Earlier in the year, she was enjoying a break away from home as she posed in the skimpy brown glittery bikini - complete with matching platform-heeled shoes.
At the time she wrote: "Without 3 kids needing me to hurry, I had the time to accessorize the bikini."
Adding a large brimmed sunhat, oversized aviator sunglasses and a brown embellished western-style belt to her look Jessica also caused concern with her fans at the time with her tiny frame.
One wrote: "She looks like she’s going through a Britney moment."
Another said: "Weight loss is great …. Too much you start losing muscle and too thin makes you look old."
A third scathed: "She must be friends with Britney...good, girl u are way better than this...eat and stop this crap."
However, not everyone felt negative about her transformed image with some fans heaping praise on her for overcoming her weight struggles.
One praised: "Love this. You look amazing & your an inspiration to those of us who stopped caring for our bodies. I'm horrified at how I look, but I know I just need to keep walking each day. Thank you xxx"
Another complimented her adding: "You look fabulous. What a body, takes dedication, and you have it..."
Jessica made the move to get in shape following her decision to get sober after struggling with alcoholism.
She previously said: “There is so much stigma around the word alcoholism or the label of an alcoholic.
“The real work that needed to be done in my life was to actually accept failure, pain, brokenness, and self-sabotage.
“The drinking wasn’t the issue. I was. I didn’t love myself. I didn’t respect my own power. Today I do.”
