Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was resting at home after he was hospitalized with minor injuries from a car crash Wednesday night, according to multiple sources.
Jones was transported to Parkland Hospital for precautionary reasons. He suffered no major injuries and is doing just fine, a source said.
The accident happened around 8 p.m. near Wolf Street and Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas.
Dallas police confirmed that two vehicles were involved in the crash, but did not provide additional details.
Jones, 79, also underwent a minor medical procedure in March, which caused him to miss the NFL Scouting Combine.
Jones returned to work after and attended the NFL league meetings in March. He was the chief decision-maker in the Cowboys’ meeting room during last week’s NFL Draft, which ended four days before Wednesday’s accident.
