Jermain Defoe's heartbroken ex Donna Tierney has claimed she knew he had an affair after she discovered a romantic card from another woman.
The footballer's estranged wife, 40, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a picture of the birthday card she claims was sent by his alleged lover Alisha LeMay.
Jermain - who married Donna in June last year but reportedly split up with her just six months later - has been linked to the 31-year-old model since January but denies any involvement with her.
