This Morning viewers were soon sharing the same joke on social media as Peter Andre made an appearance on the programme. The Mysterious Girl singer joined hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary live in the studio as they fronted Friday's edition of the ITV daytime show.
Peter was sat alongside Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo and Jake Quickenden as they chatted about the upcoming series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here with just 48 hours to go until Ant and Dec return to our screens from Australia. The trio were able to talk to Alison and Dermot about their own experiences as well as make predictions for the next crop of campmates heading into the jungle.
And Peter stunned the presenters as he shared a fact about his time on the show. The singer appeared on the third series of the ITV reality show back in 2004 and enjoyed an on-screen romance with fellow contestant Katie Price and the former couple ended up marrying two years after the show's finale.
They divorced in 2009 but are still very much part of each other's lives as Katie and Peter share two children together, son Junior and daughter Princess. During his appearance on This Morning as he chatted about the 'fond memories' he has of his time in the jungle, Alison said: "And obviously your children came from this lovely show..."
"They're the only jungle bunnies ever," Peter replied leading to gasps from Dermot, Toff, and Jake while Alison exclaimed: "Are they!?" He said: "They are the only ones to be born from the show, I believe." Alison added: "Oh my god, I think you're right," before Dermot quipped: "Certainly admitted, anyway!"
But This Morning viewers were a bit distracted as it wasn't Peter's first appearance on the show this week. During Monday's Halloween special, Peter arrived on the transfromed set as a Mysterious Ghoul, forcing butler Lurch (Josie Gibson) into an out-of-character moment of singing and dancing to the star's hit track.
Kicking off the week on Monday, Holly, 41, and Phillip, 60, were 'swapped' on the popular programme for Wednesday Addams and Uncle Fester as the show underwent a huge Halloween transformation. The pair were joined by Morticia Addams (Alison Hammond), Gomez (Steve Wilson), Kitty Kat (Matthew Wright), Pugsley Addams (Gok Wan), Cousin Kint (Gyles Brandreth), and Long John Addams (Dermot O’Leary) on the special edition of the show, full of spooky recipes, Halloween fashion, advice and a whole load of haunted happenings.
So taking to social media following Peter's appearance on Friday, viewers couldn't help but cheekily joke. @MadameMinge said: "I see Andre has emerged from the tent he camps in outside the studio again…#ThisMorning." @onlysmols echoed: "Peter... AGAIN?! He was here on Monday I am 99% sure they keep him in a cupboard in the studio! #ThisMorning."
@realgmg67 posted: "Peter Andre, again!!!#ThisMorning." @Mysteron_Voice shared: "... and what excuse can we find to get Peter Andre back on the telly ... ah! #ThisMorning."
