ITV's Grace filming locations and what time it airs

Filmed between Brighton and Hove, Grace returns April 24 on ITV.

Fans of the ITV crime drama can rejoice as the second series of the show is just around the corner. After a trailer dropped revealing the first look, viewers discovered this season will consist of four feature-length episodes.

John Simm will return as Brighton-based Detective Superintendent Roy Grace, along with co-stars Richie Campbell as detective sergeant Glenn Branson and Rakie Ayola as Assistant Chief Constable Vosper.

Viewers have already spotted some of this season's filming locations from the trailer, sharing their excitement to social media. Some have even taken it amongst themselves to document filming as it happened, sharing behind the scenes shots from a distance.

Most notable is Brighton Pier which opens the trailer with a skyline shot of the West Pier. Producer Kiaran Murray-Smith posted a photo on Twitter of John Simm and Richie Campbell in action on Brighton Pier in November last year.

Later in the trailer, we see a handful of forensic officers searching an area named Devil's Dyke. Poynings village can be seen far in the background with Truleigh Hill accompanying it.

Eagle-eyed viewers also clocked Shoreham Port as a silhouette of two people stand inside a warehouse. Behind them, Southwick Estate can be seen just slightly out of focus.

Grace returns for its second season April 24 at 8pm on ITV. If you miss it you can catch up on the ITVHub.
