New Love Island presenter Maya Jama will jet off to South Africa on Saturday, January 7 ahead of filming the new series. Just prior to that, she spoke with This Morning’s Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary about her upcoming job.
When discussing the outfits she plans to take with her, Maya highlighted a problem that she will face. Appearing on the This Morning sofa with a trademark Love Island-branded suitcase on Friday, January 6, she said: “I don’t think it’s going to fit in that little one. That’ll be for all my accessories.”
The 28-year-old presenter did say, however, that she is excited for her new role. “A little while ago I found out and it was a no brainer because I’m a massive fan of the show.” She then added that she has found the whole experience a “bit of a blur”.
