Kate Garraway's highly anticipated Loose Women interview was abruptly cut short on Thursday, June 8. The presenter appeared on the ITV panel to share some big career news.
The Good Morning Britain and Smooth Radio host told Charlene White, Linda Robson, Denise Welch and Jane Moore that she would be releasing a third documentary following her husband Derek Draper's health battle after he fell critically ill with Covid in 2020.
The first series was called Finding Derek and the second was called Caring For Derek. The third does not yet have a name but the 56-year-old has said she wants it to focus on carers. She told the panel: "There are millions of people across the country caring out of love that are keeping our country going. We have got to find a way of making caring a priority."

Kate also talked about her newly finished book titled The Strength of Love. However, as the interview came to an end, Charlene said: "You are doing phenomenally well, but we always want to make sure you're taking time for you."
"It's moments, isn't it? Grabbing moments, like this, this has been lovely," Kate said to the panel. "Yes and it's been lovely to hang out with you," Charlene responded.
This then prompted Denise to mention an awkward moment Kate had found herself in when she nodded off in an unlikely place at work and Classical FM host Alexander Armstrong unwittingly walked in on her.
"Like Alexander Armstrong finding you asleep in the toilet," Denise quipped. "Oh my god yes, now that's really embarrassing and I haven't actually seen him since this happened yesterday," Kate replied.
She continued: "What happened is I fell asleep on the loo and forgot to lock the door." Charlene then interjected, saying: "Do you know what I feel like it's getting x-rated so I'm going to stop you there. That's it for today."
It comes after Kate told her Smooth listeners yesterday how she went to work early to do some work but her laptop needed an update so she decided to close her eyes for a "few seconds" in the corner of the studio and fell asleep for hours.
Kate then revealed she rushed to the loo to wake herself and while sitting there in a "sleepy state" forgot to lock the door, with Alexander, 53, accidentally walking in.
Speaking further about the blunder on Thursday's Good Morning Britain, Kate said: "The lovely Alexander Armstrong, who does his show at the same time on Classic FM, burst in.
"He was very: 'Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God!' but in that awful way when you're so horrified but you can't move. Then I said: 'Morning!', haven't seen him since, sorry Alexander!" For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
