Coronation Street spoilers show Ken Barlow and Stu Carpenter are set for a run in with the police.
It's been a big month for the Weatherfield legend as actor William Roache celebrated his 90th birthday this week. William has been a mainstay on the cobbles since the very first episode of the ITV show and holds the Guinness World Record for the longest serving television star in a continuous role.
ITV broadcast a special programme named Happy Birthday Bill last week, which explored the actor's life off screen with his family and his life before the cobbles. Coronation Street spoilers have revealed the actor's on-screen persona is set for a dramatic new plot as William reaches his milestone celebration.

Scenes airing next week will show Ken get embroiled in Stu Carpenter's storyline as the two have a run-in with police. Stu has developed into a fan favourite since he first arrived in Weatherfield and played a key role in the downfall of the villainous Corey Brent.
Stu was homeless upon his arrival in the show and has proceeded to turn his life around. He has since gained employment at Speed Daal and is staying in Yasmeen Metcalfe's home.
However, the character, played by Bill Fellows, is set to be rocked next week when he becomes embroiled in a police incident. The drama begins when Stu asks Ken if he will drive him to the wholesalers.
Ken happily obliges, but a misunderstanding at the shop will lead a police officer to accuse Stu of an attempted break in and assert Ken of being the getaway driver. Stu will eventually be let go after the encounter - and the officer will assert he's had a lucky escape given his previous record.
However, Yasmeen is disappointed after the incident and demands Stu to find somewhere else to stay. He will once again seek the help of the Corrie legend and stays the night at Ken's home.
Stu attempts a grand apology by way of song the next day, but Yasmeen remains unimpressed and orders him to leave, which casts doubt on whether Stu and Yasmeen will ever repair their relationship.
