Corrie star Ellie Leach has enjoyed a break away from the cobbles as she attended Leeds Festival this weekend. The actress who plays Faye Windass in the ITV soap let her hair down as she partied at the music festival with friends.
The 21-year-old from Bury, who joined Coronation Street back in 2011 as the adoptive child of Anna and Eddie Windass, was amongst the thousands of music lovers who got tickets to see the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Dave and The 1975 take to the stages over the jam-packed weekend.
The actress looked a world away from her character on the cobbles as she shared a series of photos from the weekend with her 205,000 Instagram followers. The brunette beauty donned multiple outfits across the four days which included a floral two-piece, a green jumper and shorts and a bucket hat.

Ellie, who is the cousin of Brooke Vincent who played Sophie Webster in the soap, posted the pictures with the caption: "Leeds bringing the vibes as always."
The soap star's followers and fans were quick to compliment her.

During her 11 years in the nation's longest-running soap Ellie has tackled some hard-hitting storylines including her character falling pregnant when she was 12.
In 2020 she was sexually assaulted by evil Ray Crosby and last year she went to prison for attacking Adam Barlow in a case of mistaken identity thinking that he was her sleazy boss.
After being released from prison she then accidentally ran over a pensioner called Ted, who later died.
Her character is currently going through an early menopause which she discovered after thinking she had suffered a miscarriage through stress.
She has now been left with the devastating news that she is unable to have children of her own which is putting a strain on her relationship with boyfriend Craig Tinker.
