A contestant on Britain's Got Talent sent a heartfelt message to Liverpool on Britain's Got Talent.
Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Amanda Holden returned to judge another edition of the popular ITV contest tonight. The judges welcomed a new batch of contestants bidding to progress through to the live shows as the search continued for the next star to perform at the prestigious Royal Variety.
Saturday's episode featured an eclectic range of acts such as a choir, a daring acrobatic troupe and a Mexican wrestler. The judges were also wowed by a performance from singer Linda John-Pierre.

The musician hails from London but has relocated to Liverpool and she issued an emotional tribute when Simon asked her why she moved. She said: "I love Liverpool. What you see is what you get."
The 53-year-old proceeded to thrill the judges with a show-stopping performance of Somebody Else's Guy by Jocelyn Brown. Linda received a yes from each judge as an impressed Simon declared she "wasn't messing about".
Amanda added: "You need to have your proper moment in the spotlight now because you raised the roof." Viewers following the show on Twitter were similarly impressed by the performance.
Felix said: "Linda was fabulous."
Nathan added: "Absolutely love Linda fantastic voice fantastic personality"
Seanie commented : "Well done Linda you were amazing and you are lovable and a star as well"
Phillip tweeted: "I love Linda. She’s such a funny lady and a talented singer."
