NEW DELHI: India's football coach, Igor Stimac, expressed his frustration over what he termed as 'injustice' after a controversial goal allowed Qatar to secure a 2-1 victory in their critical World Cup qualifying match.

India exited the third round of qualification for the 2026 World Cup following the loss to the two-time Asian champions. Leading 1-0, India saw their advantage slip away when Qatar scored a contentious equalizer after the ball had seemingly crossed the goal line and gone out of play.
