What you need to know

  • Google Voice users can now transfer their calls to another person on their team with the new feature "call delegation."
  • It's also easier to transfer a Google Voice number from a personal Voice account to an enterprise Voice account.
  • In the future, Google plans to expand the features and items call delegates can access, including inbox management and call/voicemail history.
