Adele revealed she's moved into a sprawling new mansion with her boyfriend, Rich Paul.
The award-winning singer took to Instagram to share the news, posting a carousel of images to her 49.9 million followers.
The first image features the couple standing outside the plush pad, with Rich Paul holding up a set of keys while Adele smiles and waves at the camera, her own keys looped over her index finger.
There were reports back in January that the Someone Like You singer, 34, was on the hunt for a new mansion and had been eyeing up the $58 million Beverly Hills home, which was previously owned by Hollywood heavyweight Sylvester Stallone. The property had been on the market for around a year before being snapped up by Adele and her sports agent boyfriend.
The Daily Mail reports Adele already owns multiple houses in Beverly Hills, before purchasing Stallone's eight bedroom former home earlier this year. The star's enviable property portfolio includes three other homes, also in a gated community.
The new house is 18,587 square feet and offers 12 bathrooms and eight bedrooms on a staggering 3.5 acres. It also has the advantages of seclusion and privacy, nestled at the end of a private driveway and flanked by rolling hills and trees.
The vast home was designed by Richard Landry, known as the 'King of the Megamansion'. Rocky legend Sylvester Stallone originally purchased it in the 90s before putting it on the market in early 2021.
Originally, the stunning property was listed for $110million and was featured by Forbes in March of last year, with a series of images showcasing the property's blend of contemporary and Mediterranean design.
It features arched French doors in the living room, which boasts views of the famed Rodeo Drive and more. An outdoor terrace offers a large swimming pool with a paved seating area providing ample space to relax - complete with a modern open fire to snuggle up on cooler nights.
The mansion remained on the market through the spring, with the price dropping to $85million in August. In October, the price was lowered by an additional $5million.
The home is complete with an extensive array of luxury touches, including a gym - sure to delight any Rocky fans keen to relive scenes from the iconic franchise - a professional theatre, a large chef's kitchen and even a cigar room. The main house has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with the master suite a swanky affair kitted out with a sauna, steam room, office and terrace.
The Los Angeles Times reports Stallone made sensitive updates to the house over the years, working with designer Richard Landry to ensure the enhancements were in keeping with the rest of the property. Updates included a two-storey guest house, which has two further en-suite bedrooms and a kitchen.
Adele reportedly paid $58million to make the home her own. The property is in a gated community with her new neighbours including Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy.
In addition to sharing the sweet snap of their new home, Adele shared other happy images of the couple together throughout their relationship.
In one, the singer sports a denim shirt and baseball cap while standing behind the counter of a fast food restaurant. She is laughing, with Rich Paul standing opposite her as though placing an order. In the background, a screen reads "Happy Valentine's Day".
The third image shows the couple in matching t-shirts at a sporting event, while the fourth appears to have been taken backstage at her much-lauded CBS One Night Only Special. In the intimate image, the couple share a kiss.
In the final image, the Grammy winner is holding a slip of paper from a fortune-cookie which reads: "You have found good company - enjoy".
Adele and Rich Paul have been seeing one another since last summer, sharing their romance with the world on Instagram on September 19. The star has spoken to numerous publications about her feelings on the new relationship, describing it to Rolling Stone as "incredible, "openhearted" and the "easiest" relationship she's ever been in.
The singer echoed these thoughts to Vogue, highlighting how at peace she feels with Klutch Sports Group founder, Rich.
