India says around two dozen nationals still with Russian Army, urges citizens to avoid 'fraught' job offers

Around two dozen Indian nationals are still serving with the Russian Army, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Friday, adding that New Delhi is continuing to press Moscow for their release after securing the return of 139 Indians.

Speaking at the weekly media briefing, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said the government remains engaged with the Russian authorities to facilitate the release of the remaining Indians reportedly serving with the Russian military.
