SCOTTISH independence supporters have marched through Glasgow calling for an end to the Union and expressing their opposition to King Charles’s coronation.
There were chants of “not my King!” as the marchers travelled from the city’s west end to Glasgow Green for a rally.
Attendees are due to be addressed by SNP MP Joanna Cherry, former SNP leadership hopeful Ash Regan and Alba leader Alex Salmond among others.
Despite bleak weather forecasts, the sun shone down on independence marchers as they made their way through the city centre.
