Huge 11-bed home for sale in Manchester area named as one of The Sunday Times' best places to live

A huge home has come up for sale in an area once named on The Sunday Times 'Best Places to Live' list. The whopping 11-bed property is on the market in Levenshulme - an area of Manchester that made the guide back in 2019.

The Sunday Times crowned Levenshulme as one of the best places to live in the UK alongside fellow Manchester suburb Ancoats and Ramsbottom in Bury. The two districts were the only areas in Manchester to make the list that year, but the following years saw Manchester, Saddleworth, Prestwich, and Altrincham make the cut.

Levenshulme is a neighbourhood in the south east of Manchester that stretches along Stockport Road. It is known to be popular with families, it has a bustling, close-knit community feel and a wealth of new, independent businesses that have opened up over recent years.

Located on one of Levenshulme's 'most sought-after' roads, Grange Avenue, the enormous home is one of the largest in the area boasting eleven double bedrooms and 4415 square foot of living space.

Estate agents say the 'very large' property is ideal for a big family with accommodation set across three floors and a separate apartment at the rear.
