In a spectacular box office triumph, 'Fighter,' starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, has soared to the top of the list of highest-earning Indian films at the global box office. It is now the film to beat at the worldwide box office, with its impressive collection of Rs 356 crore.
Over its 26-day run at the domestic box office, 'Fighter' secured an impressive collection of Rs 207 crore nett. The film continued its successful streak into its twenty-seventh day, adding an early estimated Rs 70 lakh. Despite a modest commencement, overshadowed by last Republic Day's blockbuster release 'Pathaan', 'Fighter' steadily gained momentum. Critics and trade analysts, who initially harboured higher expectations, acknowledged the film's consistent performance, particularly lauding its fourth-weekend earnings of approximately Rs 4.5 crore. The film received a favourable reception in multiplexes, despite facing challenges in mass centres.
