How to watch The Hundred 2024 online or on TV, Eliminators and finals

A general view as players of Oval Invincibles Men celebrate with The Hundred Men's Champions Trophy as the Southern Brave Women celebrate with The Hundred Women's Champions Trophy.

The fourth playing of English cricket's tentpole cricket tournament, The Hundred, comes to its end this weekend, with two Eliminator games on Saturday and then the men's and women's finals at Lord's on Sunday.

You can watch some of The Hundred for FREE in the UK on the BBC iPlayer and in full in the US thanks to Sling TV and Willow. And don't worry if you're on holiday while it's on, because you can watch The Hundred from anywhere with a VPN.

It's had to endure the haters, but the impact that the ECB's inclusive tournament has had on increasing cricket's popularity among children and women is marked. And the format and glossary — 100 balls from 20 five-ball 'sets' per team — is now a familiar part of the English cricketing summer.

This year it's also had lots of rain and a series of low scores to mar some of the fans' enjoyment, but the sun is schedule to shine all weekend for the final four games.

It starts on Saturday with the Eliminators, and the Oval Invincibles' women trying to get back the trophy they won the first two seasons running. They play on their home turf against local rivals London Spirit, with the winners facing the Hayley Matthews and Jess Jonassen inspired Welsh Fire in the final.

The reigning men's champions, the Oval Invincibles, weren't far off being true to their name again this season, losing only two games to finish top of the table and go straight through to Lord's. That leaves a replay of the 2021 final in Saturday's Eliminator, with Moeen Ali's Birmingham Phoenix and James Vince's Southern Brave going head-to-head at the Oval.

Ready to find out which men and women's teams become the fourth The Hundred champions? Here's how to watch The Hundred 2024 from anywhere in the world, with all the information you need below to watch cricket online or on TV.

All you need to know about The Hundred

Who are the teams in The Hundred 2024?

  • Birmingham Phoenix
  • London Spirit
  • Manchester Originals
  • Northern Superchargers
  • Oval Invincibles
  • Southern Brave
  • Trent Rockets
  • Welsh Fire

How does The Hundred work?

In The Hundred, both teams face 100 balls (unless they are bowled out before they're all bowled) in their innings. Instead of traditional six-ball overs, they are comprised of five-ball "sets" and bowlers are permitted to bowl two straight sets in a row. The team with most runs at the end of the game is the winner.

What is the format of The Hundred 2024 competition?

All eight men's and women's teams play eight group games apiece — four at home and four away. They play every other team once, plus a final extra game against their nearest rivals geographically.

The top team from the group stage goes straight through to the final. Positions two and three play each other in an "eliminator" to see who will face the top team in the Lord's showpiece final.

Who are the current The Hundred champions?

The Southern Brave won the 2023 women's The Hundred, while the Oval Invincibles took top honors in the men's.

After watching the women's team win the first two iterations, the male Oval Invincibles finally bagged their first title last year. They weren't far off being true to their name, losing only a single game on their way to a final where Tom Curran's 67* from 34 balls guided them to victory at Lord's.

The Southern Brave strolled to the women's title earlier in the day, beating the Northern Superchargers by 34 runs thanks to Danni Wyatt's rapid half-century.
