A family house with children's toys in the front garden was raided by police this afternoon.
A family house in West Derby was raided by Merseyside Police today, Sunday, August 28. Officers arrived on Croxdale Road at around 2.50pm today and continue to remain in the area. A Merseyside Police spokesperson told the ECHO: "The ongoing police scene is in regards to a search warrant being carried out a property on the road".
Pictures taken by the ECHO on Croxdale Road showed a police cordon at the front gate to a terraced house. Police tape was pulled across the front entrance to the house while two officers stood outside.

Children's toys and furniture could also be seen in the front garden. The front door of the property was open while police officers carried out the search warrant.
