Police are investigating whether two fires just a few miles for each other on residential streets could be linked.
Emergency services were called to a vehicle in flames on Gowans Terrace, in Perth around 11.30pm on Tuesday evening, March 1.
Around the same time officers received reports of a house fire on Catmoor Avenue in Scone.
A picture of the property shared with the Record shows burn damage to the outside of the property, which is cordoned off by a line of tape.
It is unclear at this stage if either blaze is being treated as deliberate.
Police Scotland have confirmed that no-one was injured in either fire.
But officers are considering whether these incidents may be linked with the two addresses just three miles apart.
Police from Tayside said: "Anyone who was in the area of either Gowans Terrace, Perth or Catmoor Avenue, Scone around 11pm on Tuesday and saw anything suspicious or has dashcam footage is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 3625 of 1st March 2022.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
