With so much going on, it's no wonder the 41-year-old has been missing from This Morning this week. Rochelle Humes has stepped in for Holly, presenting the popular morning show alongside Phillip Schofield.
On Monday, Holly took to Instagram to explain her absence from the show. She said: "Morning… going to miss my @thismorning family this week however I’ve had a change of career and become a Cheerleader… it was only a matter of time… @thegamestv @unity_allstars #thegames".
With The Games being broadcast live, Holly won't be able to tune in to Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof. The show sees famous faces take on epic challenge s set by extreme athlete and cold-water therapy advocate, Wim Hof.
