Indian‑American advocacy group the Hindu American Foundation (HAF) has criticised a public meeting in Texas after a US comedian mocked Hindu beliefs, saying the event was turned into a “circus of hatred” and allowed anti‑Hindu remarks without interruption.
The incident happened at a Plano City Council meeting, where American YouTuber and comedian Alex Stein gave a satirical speech that many in the Indian‑American community found offensive and disrespectful.
