The Washington Commanders and Baltimore Ravens completed their two-day joint practice sessions Wednesday. While Tuesday was full of fighting, things calmed down for the final day — for the most part.

It was a good two days for both teams. Washington quarterback Sam Howell had two days of practice against what is annually one of the AFC’s top defensive teams.
Another positive aspect of the two days was the lack of injuries. Neither team reported a serious injury.
